Professional Summary

I'm a curious and empathetic UX researcher who believes that great design starts with understanding people —what they need, what frustrates them, and what truly makes their experiences better. My background in qualitative and quantitative research helps me uncover deep insights that drive meaningful, user-centered solutions.

I've worked on projects that explore how people interact with technology, how policies impact behavior, and how we can design more inclusive and intuitive experiences. Whether it's running usability tests, leading focus groups, conducting ethnographic research, or analyzing survey data, I love making sense of complex information and translating it into clear, actionable insights.

Right now, I'm looking for opportunities where I can dig into research, collaborate with thoughtful teams, and create products that make a real impact on people's lives.
